THIS WINTER WAS ANOTHER long one for the region and even though we had several quattro worthy snowfalls, members were eager to begin the third Annual Spring Fun Run this past May. Audi of Frederick, along with Induktion Motorsports, hosted over 50 Audi enthusiasts on a driving tour through Maryland.

It's not too late to register for the North Atlantic Audi Club's Charles River/Boston Harbor Cruise, scheduled for 4-7 PM September 26. We will start with the architectural part of the cruise, narrated by a guide from Boston By Foot and co- sponsored by BSA Space, a center for architecture and design.
The NEQ Palmer Motorsports Park event in June was a huge success. It was our first running at the event and was within ten days of the track opening. Palmer is destined to be regarded as one of the most exciting tracks in the USA.
On Saturday, July 18th the Audi Club NJ Chapter will be holding our fourth Twilight HPDE event at Pocono Raceway. Twilight provides both new and experienced HPDE drivers a unique opportunity to drive at speed from the daytime into the night. Many car clubs in the Southern US hold night time HPDE events simply because the temperatures during the summer months are more tolerable at night. However, night time HPDE's also provide a unique HPDE learning environment that most students will never have to opportunity to experience... Until now.

AS EXPERIENCED DRIVERS, there are so many things we automatically do when driving a car. However, unless you have recently instructed a teen driver of your own on how to drive, it’s hard to remember how clueless we all were when we started driving. On a hot Saturday at the end of July in Northern Virginia, the Audi Club Potomac Chesapeake Chapter (PCC) ran its first teen driving school in recent history to help educate our newest drivers.
