Last week in Austin, Texas, Audi Club North America celebrated its 30th anniversary the only way you can in Texas: Big. Audi enthusiasts descended on Texas’ capitol for a five-day celebration Wednesday, September 17 through Sunday, September 21. The event was jam packed full of activities and offered many opportunities to interact with both fellow club members and members of Audi of America and Audi Sport.

Many years ago, poets and thinkers seeking inspiration crossed German, Austrian, and Italian mountain passes in horse-drawn carriages. In 2014, for the very first time in the history of Audi Club, we will crisscross mountain ranges and passes in a group driving Audi V10 R8 Spyder!
This year’s National Event, hosted in Austin, Texas on September 17-21, celebrates the 30th Anniversary of the club and Audi Sport success. There are several marquee events and a weeklong opportunity to meet other Audi enthusiasts from around the country, see one-of-a-kind Audis, participate in karting, track days, Hill Country drives, and of course the Lone Star Le Mans at Circuit of the Americas. It is set to be the biggest Audi event in Texas history as well as the country.

Come join us and be a part of the Legends of the Autobahn™ & Audi West Coast Meet auto show on August 15, 2014. The Legend of the Autobahn™ car show is a combined event of the Audi, BMW, and Mercedes Benz car clubs. The Golden Gate Chapter is organizing Audi’s participation at Legends of the Autobahn™ event. It has grown from a picnic to become one of the most popular general club events of the Monterey Classic Car week with over 500 cars displayed and more than a thousand people in attendance.
Ingolstadt/Le Mans, June 15, 2014 – In front of nearly 300,000 spectators, Audi continued its unique string of victories in the Le Mans 24 Hours. In the 82nd running of the world’s most important endurance race, Marcel Fässler/André Lotterer/Benoît Tréluyer (CH/D/F) and Lucas di Grassi/Marc Gené/Tom Kristensen (BR/E/DK) made for a one-two Audi victory.
